Seven Springs Pictures is a film production and distribution company founded by Milad and Marjan Khosravi in 2020. Our passion lies in crafting compelling arthouse and cinematic films that emanate from the Middle East region and Iran. Inspired by the enchanting Seven Springs, a cherished fountain located in the Bakhtiari region of Iran—where Milad and Marjan Khosravi, the co-founders, were born and raised—we embrace the serendipitous connection between the seventh art form of cinema and our company’s name.

At Seven Springs Pictures, our mission is to illuminate untold stories from different cultures of Iran and the Middle East, transcending boundaries and enriching the global cinematic landscape. With a keen focus on art house and documentary films, we have cultivated a rich portfolio, encompassing both feature-length and short films. Notable among our works are the highly anticipated Terrestrial Verses, set to premiere at official selection of Cannes Film Festival in 2023, and the captivating The Snow Calls, which enthralled audiences at IDFA 2020.

We take immense pride in A Woman’s Path, a profound exploration of the human spirit, which received the coveted Hot Docs pitch award, as well as the remarkable Mrs. Iran’s Husband, which received the Best Short International Documentary Film award from Hot Docs festival 2023.
